Submit a Game to Hudl Assist

Submit a Game to Hudl Assist (Computer)

You can either send your video to Hudl Assist while uploading or submit from the library.

Submit to Hudl Assist During an Upload

  1. After you've recorded and started uploading, enter details about the game like Video Type, Scheduled Event, Video Title, and Labels. Then check the box next to Send to Assist.

  2. Click Save & Send to Assist.

  3. Click Send to Assist. Choose your sport below to see what information you'll need to include:

Submit to Hudl Assist from the Library

  1. Log in to Hudl.com and click Video.

  2. Select the video(s) you'd like to send to Hudl Assist.

  3. If your library is in list view, check the video(s) you'd like to send to Hudl Assist.

  4. Click Send to Assist. Choose your sport below to see what information you'll need to include:

Basketball

  1. Select whether the video is Game, Practice, or Scout.
  2. Choose its event.
  3. Let us know whether the game was played in quarters or halves.
  4. Use the drop-downs to select the jersey colors for each team.
  5. Enter the final score.
  6. Select the athletes who played for each team. If the entire roster played, you can select 2023-24 Roster to add all athletes at once. If you don't see all your athletes listed, click Manage Roster to update your roster.
  7. If any members of your team wore different jerseys than what’s on your Hudl roster, select Edit Jerseys and choose which athlete wore which number in this game.
  8. Leave a message for your analyst with any important information, including:
    • Distinguishing features to identify players with obstructed jersey numbers
    • Unique game situations or missing video

Lacrosse

  1. Select whether the video was Game, Practice, or Scout.
  2. Choose its event.
  3. Let us know whether the game was played in quarters or halves.
  4. Use the drop-downs to select each team's jersey colors.
  5. Enter the final score.
  6. Select the athletes who played for each team. If the entire roster played, you can select 2023-24 Roster to add all athletes at once. If you don't see all your athletes listed, click Manage Roster to update your roster.
  7. If any members of your team wore different jerseys than what’s on your Hudl roster, select Edit Jerseys and choose which athlete wore which number in this game.

  6. Enter the final score.
  7. Select the athletes who played for each team. If the entire roster played, you can select 2023-24 Roster to add all athletes at once. If you don't see all your athletes listed, click Manage Roster to update your roster.
