Use Your Tickets

You can only use your tickets on the day of the event at the venue's entrance.

  1. Open the email that contains your tickets.

    This will be the same email used to order the tickets.

  2. Face the QR code toward the Hudl Ticket Reader.

    If you purchased multiple tickets, swipe left to the next ticket to get it scanned.


FAQs

What if I purchased multiple tickets but all parties are not arriving together?

You can take a screenshot of the ticket and send it to the user. Once the ticket is scanned, it can't be used again.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

You can forward the email with the ticket to someone else. Or you can take a screenshot of the ticket and share it with them.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No need to print out your ticket. The ticket can be scanned from your phone.

Will I receive a refund if the event I purchased a ticket for is canceled?

Yes! The organization will request a refund through Hudl and you'll be refunded the purchase price of your ticket(s). See Hudl's Ticket Purchase Terms for more information.

The date and/or time of my event was changed. Are my tickets still valid?

Yes, your tickets are still valid for that event.
