Upload Video from a Computer

Log in to Hudl.com and click Upload.

Use the drop-down to select the correct team for the upload.

Click Select Files or drag and drop the video file(s) into the upload window.

Select the files need­ed for upload and click Open.

To select mul­ti­ple video files, click the first file list­ed, then press and hold Shift on your key­board and click the last file you want uploaded.

Check that all video files are listed in the correct order to be uploaded. If the files are out of order, man­u­al­ly drag the files into the correct order or click the drop-down next to Order by and choose the correct way to order the files.

Double-check all video files are list­ed or choose to add video to this event and click Upload.

Add details, like Video Type, on the right side of the page.

Choose the event or click Add a scheduled event to tie your video to a schedule entry. Click None if you don't want the video tied to a schedule entry.

Enter the details for the video and click Save Event.

Click Edit to select who you'd like to share your video with.

Hover over the circles below Edit to see who the files will be shared with.

Click the box under Share With Others to select the athletes or groups that you'd like to share with. You can narrow your search by typing the name of a group or member in the search box.

Click Send once you've selected your athletes.

To disable notifications, uncheck the box next to Send Notifications and click Add.

Select Done to exit the sharing permissions.

Once the upload is complete, select Upload Something Else or click Video to head to your library to watch the film.
