Request a Livestream Refund

  1. Log in to fan.hudl.com, hover over your name and select Livestream Purchases.

  2. Click the magnifying glass to manage a particular purchase.

  3. Click Request Refund.

    Purchases that are older than 90 days cannot be refunded.

  4. Your refund will be processed or you'll be prompted to contact our Support team.

    If your refund request is processed, you'll see the amount returned to you in 5-7 business days.
