Edit Organization Profile

Your organization's profile is visible on the Hudl Fan page. You can edit the profile to include your organization's abbreviation, mascot or colors, and you can upload a profile picture.

  1. Log in to Hudl.com and use the drop-down to select the school.

  2. Add/edit your organization's abbreviation, mascot or URL.

  3. Click Edit Profile Picture to upload a new profile photo.

  4. Click browse files to choose a file on your computer, or drag and drop an image.

  5. Click the + or - icons to zoom in or out. Click and drag to reposition the image within the outline.

  6. Click Save to finish.

  7. Click Upload 1 file to finalize your profile image.

    If you run into an error, double-check the dimensions of your image are correct, or try zooming in on the graphic before saving. Recommended image size is at least 1500 x 600 pixels. Maximum file size is 10MB.

  8. Select a Primary Color and Secondary Color for your organization.

  9. Under Banner Image, click Upload Banner Image.

  10. Click browse files to choose a file on your computer, or drag and drop an image.

  11. Click the + or - icons to zoom in or out. Click and drag to reposition the image within the outline.

  12. Click Save to finish.

  13. Click Upload 1 file to finalize your banner image.

    If you run into an error, double-check the dimensions of your image are correct, or try zooming in on the graphic before saving. Recommended image size is at least 1500 x 600 pixels. Maximum file size is 10MB.

  14. Click Save Changes.
