Change Button Stroke Color

Changing the stroke color (outline) of a button is another way for users to customize the code window. Though stroke color has no technical effect on the timeline, it can be used to improve the visual appearance. This is especially useful when building output reports.

  1. Open a code window and enter Edit mode.

  2. Select the button to change its stroke color and click Inspector.

Double-clicking a button will also open the Inspector.

  3. Open the Appearance tab.

  4. Click and hold the colored box next to Stroke color.

  5. Move your cursor to the desired color and release.
